The BFM Deli Platter Buffet  gives our customers a great variety of items at a reasonable cost.


We arrange sliced Center Cut Skyhaven Ham, BFM Homemade Roast Beef, and our oven roasted deli Turkey Breast with American and Swiss Cheeses all on a decorative platter. Also included in this buffet are our homemade Red Skin Mayonnaise Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, a relish tray, rye and white bread, paperware, and condiments.
